The Professionals Real Estate Goulburn has been operating since July 1990 and is locally owned with principals Allan and Therese McDonald both working in the business. Greg Croker, Tony McGaw and Charles Bradbury are rural sales consultants with David Medina, Nerida Bowden & Ray Croker operating in residential and commercial sales. Therese McDonald also operates from our subsidiary office Crookwell Real Estate with great local knowledge and 12 years experience in the industry. Stephen Hadlow fills the role of Property Manager supported by Kathy Gay and Narelle Kennedy. Judith Tozer is our Office Manager and Jess Ridley is your smiling face at Sales reception. Jess capably acts as support and Sales Co-ordinator for the busy Sales team.

Nerida Bowden is a local sporting identity with local knowledge and 10 years in the real estate industry. Nerida offers experience and management skills together with a huge local contact base. Her friendly nature and willingness to go out of her way to help people reinforces her attitude “Real Estate is a People Business”. Nerida is a Licenced Real Estate Agent. David Medina, a Licensed Real Estate agent and auctioneer, compliments Nerida’s local knowledge with wide marketing experience and buyer contact from his previous role as Project Manager L J Hooker Newtown. David has been working with Professionals Goulburn for over 5 years and lives on a farm at Taralga. Ray Croker, the newest member has come to us with a wealth of experience covering 15 years plus in the industry.  He is experienced in Rural Sales as well as Residential sales.  Ray has owned and operated his own Real Estate  business and is a local boy  from the well know Taralga Croker connection. He is an experienced auctioneer and is a Licenced Real Estate, Stock and Station Agent and Business Agent.  A team to achieve the best result.

 

Property Management

Our Property Management team of Stephen Hadlow, Narelle Kennedy, Kathy Gay & Therese McDonald are experienced in all facets of the industry. All tenants are checked and monitored to assure your property is treated and maintained as you would yourself. Constant education and training continually upgrades their qualifications and knowledge to manage and maintain the value of your asset. Inspections are carried out every 3 to 4 months with a written report. We presently manage around 210 properties. Landlords and tenancy manuals makes being an owner with Professionals Real Estate Goulburn easy and explains in detail all legal requirements.

For the past two years we have had a subsidiary office located at 136 Goulburn Street Crookwell. Therese McDonald is the licencee at the office and is supported by Allan, Greg and Tony in Rural and Narelle with Property Management and Residential Sales. The office is ideally located to service our large rural business, taking in Crookwell region, Taralga, Bigga, Tuena, Peelwood and surrounding areas.
